Continuing as QLD Branch Manager
5 months into my roles I am now learning and developing experience with the below:
Using financial information such as P/L, cashflow & sales reports to make strategic decision to increase company performance.
Staying within Branch & Department budgets to ensure company financial targets are met.
Aligning company goals with employee goals to create long term alignment.
Hiring and then supporting staff members to reach their potential best.
Creating branch and department targets that align with the company strategic plan, whilst creating accompanying timelines and action plans to meet targets.

At the start of this position is where I learned how to understand financial information including profit and loss, cashflow reports, operational expense reports and how to create budgets.
This position opened my eyes to how a business runs, enabling me to make better decisions for each department and effectively having them work collectively together.

Started as Retail Assistant @ IGA Spanos
IGA was my first glimpse of leading. Throughout my time I focused on learning one department after the next.
This eventually lead to me understanding all departments and how they worked together, enabling me to help others and cut company costs as I was efficient enough to do multiple departments.
Started as Sandwich Artist @ Subway
At Subway I learnt how to use a point of system for transactions, handle physical money and learnt how to handle large volume of customers at once.
Started as Kitchen Hand @ Ashbern Farms
This was the start of my Journey helping customers.
